The Annual Meeting will be December 8 this year.

We are looking to replace two board members whose term is expiring. We are looking for new blood interested in participating on the board. We would like to develop a list of nominees within the next two weeks so please contact a board member indicating your interest. The only requirement is that you are a stockholder.
